By purchasing artwork from The Art Mat, you agree to the following terms.

Artwork

The Art Mat sells original oil paintings and fine art prints created by the artist. Original works are one of a kind pieces.

Product representation

Artwork is photographed carefully to represent the colours and details as accurately as possible. Slight variation may occur depending on screen settings or lighting.

Orders and shipping 

Orders are processed after payment is received. All artwork is packaged carefully to protect it during shipping.

Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.

Returns and damage

Original artworks are final sale due to their one of a kind nature.

Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the artwork is returned in its original condition and protective packaging with no creases, marks, or alterations.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged.

Intellectual property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. The artwork may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
