Refund policy

I take great care when packaging every artwork to make sure it arrives safely. Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected before shipping.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Original paintings

All original artworks are final sale due to their one of a kind nature. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours with photographs of the artwork and packaging so I can arrange a solution.

Prints

Prints can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original condition.

Damaged parcels

I package all artwork securely to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• the artwork

• the packaging

• the shipping label

I will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Important

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with the order.
